The Applied Acoustics and Design for Product Sound Quality course provides students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to operate in professional fields of applied acoustics, including business consultancy, environmental noise management and research and development. The teaching contributes to achieving the educational objectives of the courses of study in Mechanical Engineering (LM) and Energy Engineering (LM), in particular in the areas relating to the advanced design of industrial systems and products, the ability to analyse and solve complex engineering problems and the management of environmental and regulatory problems connected to them.
