The course provides the skills needed to build a mobile application, from its design and development to the deployment in the different stores and its maintenance. Moreover, it presents the main technologies for encoding, storage and dissemination of multimedia data.

Il corso si pone l’obiettivo di avvicinare studenti e studentesse alle complesse questioni giuridiche della “rivoluzione digitale”. Partendo dal ruolo dei soggetti di diritto nel contesto digitale e dell’intelligenza artificiale, passando per l’esplorazione delle tutele e delle modalità di trasmissione dei beni digitali, fino ad arrivare alla trattazione dei contratti informatici e dei contenuti digitali, il corso fornisce una panoramica delle sfide giuridiche proprie di un contesto in continua evoluzione. La responsabilità civile, il lavoro dignitoso, la qualificazione dei rapporti di lavoro e i profili sindacali nel mondo digitale, la tutela della privacy nel contesto lavorativo, sono solo alcuni dei profili analizzati.
Infine, sono approfonditi una serie di concetti fondamentali per il professionista dell’Informatica e delle tecnologie: dal cyber-space alla cyber-forensic, dai social network come fonti di prova al problema del cyber-crime e della cyber-security.

Welcome to the Moodle page of Methods and Models for Combinatorial Optimization.
Full access (lecture notes, recorded teaching units, software, notices and news etc.) is reserved to enrolled participants. To enroll, access this moodle after authentication via Single Sign On (account@unipd).
