I have debugged the code developed during the last Lab Session on December 22nd, and the clean files are now available on moodle, in the Lab Section at the link "Neighborhood Search for the summetric TSP - clean Local Search implementation [posted 22-Dec-2022]": the files can be used as an alternative to the ones in the folder "1.LS" available in the zip file at the link "Neighborhood Search for the symmetric TSP [posted 21-Dec-2022]", see "notes/readme.txt" in the same zip file for instructions on how to obtain different neighborhood search algorithm for TSP using the available code.
