Dear participants at the EAE course,
you can find the area of third with the presentations about project cycle management and the environmental assessment on humanitarian operations.
You find the forum to share information on EIA in your country or regions.
Please, prepare a post with the following characteristics:
0) in the title of the post put the Country or the Region (for Italy); in case of more people from the same country present situation of different regions
a) the links to the EIS under evaluation or already evaluated
b) the links to the regulations especially focusing on cathegories of projects requiring EIA, Screening
c) the issues related to participation of citizens, either the time for observations either the possibility of public inquiry or public assembly, or other forms
d) the list of topics required in the Environmental Impact Statement (or EIA report)
e) treshods for EIA/Screening/cathegorical exclusion for change of land uses from agriculture to industrial and from forest to agriculture
