Dear students,

my name is Tommaso Green and I will be one of your TAs for this course. As you know, tomorrow will be our first session together and we will learn how to play with word embeddings in Python šŸ„³

I have uploaded the notebook and one TSV file in the box for tomorrow's session. The notebook is already "pre-run" so you will be able to see the outputs of all cells.

What you need for tomorrow's lab:

  • Option 1: the simplest option is to useĀ Google Colab: you need a Google account to use it but you can run everything from your browser without any installations on your computer. Simply open the website and upload the notebook. After that, you can upload the dataset (.tsv file).Ā
  • Option 2: If you want to run things locally you need a working Python installation with Jupyter Notebook support (e.g.,Ā Anaconda)

Have a great day and see you tomorrow,

Tommaso šŸ˜
