The student will acquire the ability of understanding the operating principle, usage and limits of advance optics experiments, apparata and techniques.
At the end of the course, students will have acquired:
- Knowledge and understanding of the physical and theoretical foundations of advanced optical techniques and their use in experimental contexts.
- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding to assess the operation, performance, and limitations of advanced optical systems.
- Independent judgment in analyzing and selecting appropriate optical techniques for real-world applications.
- Communication skills to clearly explain the functioning of the instruments and methods covered.
- Learning skills to independently explore theoretical and technological aspects of modern optics.
