Dear Students,

We are pleased to invite you to two thematic sessions (abstracts linked to the form below) designed to explore key topics in academic integrity and sustainability. These sessions will provide valuable insights into responsible research practices and innovative approaches to addressing environmental challenges. They have been proposed to the students of Circular Economy, but are open to all the Master's students dealing with Sustainability.

On March 31Dr. Filippo Vomiero (CAB | University of Padova) will discuss best practices for maintaining academic integrity when writing theses, reports and papers, including strategies to avoid plagiarism and properly cite sources. This will be followed by Tommaso Benedetti’s presentation of the Catharsis Project, which showcases how students are actively tackling climate change through research and innovation.

On April 7Dr. Federico Spolaore (Reckitt) will introduce the fundamentals of patents, explaining how they protect innovation and the practical aspects of filing and managing them. To conclude, Vice-Rector for Sustainability of the University of Padova, Professor Francesca Da Porto, will present the university’s sustainability initiatives and ways for students to get involved.
