For information related to the Degree Courses held at the Department, the study plans and other study questions students can send a request within the Helpdesk of the Department.

ATTENTION: In order to receive information on fees, applications for benefits and ISEE, scholarships, student awards, loans, student collaborations, exemptions and merit incentives, please contact the Student Services Office by writing to benefici.studenti@unipd.it

Front office openings (Affluences)

 

If you wish to reach our Front Office please remember that on-line booking is mandatory. Just simply follow these steps:

1. download the Affluences app from GooglePlay or AppStore (or visit the official website)
2. search for the DEI Department and click on the Students' Secretariat
3. book the available time slot and confirm the booking through the link received by email (it might take some minutes to receive the email).

Our desk is located at the ground floor of the DEI/A building, in the box right after the entrance of the building (please check the maps). 

Opening Hours:

Monday-Tuesday: from 10:00 to 12:30
Thursday: from 14:30 to 16:00
Friday: from 10:00 to 12:30
