La prova finale di laurea consiste nella discussione del lavoro di tesi. Il progetto di tesi può essere svolto in laboratorio, oppure in azienda. In entrambi i casi il relatore deve essere un professore afferente a UniPD.
Tesi e tirocinio possono essere connessi, sebbene i risultati della tesi devono essere differenti dai contenuti del report consegnato a fine tirocinio.

The final exam consists in the discussion of the thesis project. The thesis project can be developed as a lab activity, or with the co-supervision of an industrial partner. In both cases the thesis supervisor must be a UniPD professor.
Thesis and Internship can be connected, but the contents of the internship report are supposed to be different from the contents of the master thesis.
