Course Description
This course aims to develop and strengthen English language skills, with a specific focus on communication in academic and professional contexts. Through a range of practical activities, students will improve their reading, listening, writing, and speaking skills, working with different types of texts and materials, including scientific articles, audiovisual content, graphs, and professional communication tasks.
The course is designed to help students communicate clearly and effectively, develop their ability to understand and summarize information, express and support their opinions, and produce well-structured written and spoken texts. Activities will also provide opportunities to expand subject-specific vocabulary, improve accuracy and fluency, and build confidence in using English for academic and professional purposes.
The course supports students in developing the B2-level productive and receptive skills assessed in the final examination, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
