How to create / update your DEI account

1) You must have a DEI account to access the Lab PCs

If you have never requested a DEI account, you can do so by using your SSO account and by following the instructions at the following links:

Note: The page is accessible using Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials (UNIWEB @studenti.unipd.it). Erasmus students or students from other degree programs must ask their DEI Tutor Professor to send an email to the IT Services to be able to get this type of accounts.

2) If you have already activated your account, but in the last months have not logged into a Linux machine at the lab,

then you will likely need a password reset/update. To do so follow the instructions at:

You will likely have to renew your password here: 🔗 https://mail.dei.unipd.it/password/

If you have forgotten your DEI account and password but remember your University SSO credentials (UNIWEB), then you may follow the instructions here:
