today the last teaching of the Legislation part (1 hour) will be held in asynchronous way.
In the Moodle page I uploaded the homework on Food Information to Consumers with a few useful documents that I think will help you. Among them the Regulation in force in EU and others explicative texts.
I suggest to check the EU web site (whose URL is in the 8th slide of the "Food information to consumers" file) and than skills yourself according the indication reported in the 9th silde of the "Food information to consumers" file.
