Internship Project 1
The project will aim to analyze the interactions between variables that measure healthcare resource consumption (measured in terms of costs), health outcomes (measured in terms of mortality), clinical characteristics of the tumor lesion (such as histology, thickness, etc.), and the appropriateness of the treatment pathway (measured as adherence to the Diagnostic-Therapeutic-Assistance Pathway) as defined by the PDTA approved by the Veneto Region (a pathway defined based on the best available scientific evidence) in a cohort of patients affected by skin melanoma.
Internship Project 2
Psoriasis is a systemic inflammatory disease. The aim of this study is to describe the comorbidity profiles (clusters of chronic diseases) of patients with psoriasis in a specific cohort and compare them to those of the non-psoriasis population.
