Final assignment

The final assignment to get credits for this course.

For the final assignment of this course, mandatory if you need credits, the task is to upload a report with some figures form your current (or former) research work:

• if you have a very complex visualization, then a single image is sufficient
• simple plots are fine as well, but then the submission should contain a few image, covering different types (e.g. one scatter plot, one bar chart, and one line chart)

The images should be accompanied, as usual, by an explanatory text describing how to read them and what message they convey.

You can submit a PDF file containing both images and text, or fill a text box and upload the images as separate files.

You can use the tool of your liking to produce the figures. Of course, this is a good chance for you to try out ggplot, but if you prefer to work in Python it is fine as well. The work is evaluated in terms of how readable and informative is the figure (therefore mind the choice of colors, scales, aesthetic mappings, etc) rather than by proficiency on a specific technical tool.

There is no grade, the assignment is pass/fail (just like the course).
