The course is about fully nonlinear 1st order Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) and their applications to optimal control problems and differential games. It requires no previous knowledge of these subjects. The first part is on rather classical results, whereas the second, after a short course on elementary game theory, aims at introducing the theory of Mean Field Games, initiated around 2006 by J.-M. Lasry e P.-L. Lions (Fields Medal) and currently going through a wide and fast development.
