The course will cover the most common geophysical methods for characterizing the subsurface, with a particular focus on environmental issues. It will cover electrical, electromagnetic, and seismic methods for non-invasive imaging used in the study and monitoring of the subsurface. The course will also introduce the basics of petrophysics and hydrogeophysics.
