Nel corso di Bioelettromagnetismo, lo studente sviluppa una conoscenza approfondita dei principali fenomeni relativi alla propagazione, sia libera sia guidata, delle onde elettromagnetiche e alla loro interazione con differenti mezzi materiali. Il percorso formativo fornisce inoltre le basi teoriche e applicative riguardanti gli effetti delle radiazioni non ionizzanti sui tessuti biologici, le metodologie di misura dei campi elettromagnetici nelle diverse gamme di frequenza e il quadro normativo attualmente in vigore.
